Page একদম খুলছে না হলে network, gateway, VPN বা browser issue দেখুন। Page খুলছে কিন্তু password reject হলে admin credential, model-specific recovery বা previous owner-এর setup issue হতে পারে।
নিরাপদ troubleshooting
- নিজের router-এর Wi‑Fi বা Ethernet-এ যুক্ত হন।
- Current Default Gateway দেখুন; 192.168.1.1 সব router-এর address নয়।
- Browser address bar-এ exact dotted address লিখুন।
- Admin password এবং Wi‑Fi password আলাদা কি না যাচাই করুন।
- Model-specific recovery feature থাকলে official instructions অনুসরণ করুন।
Factory reset কখন?
Credential recovery না থাকলে এবং router-এর owner হিসেবে settings পুনরায় বানানোর তথ্য থাকলে reset শেষ বিকল্প হতে পারে। ISP-specific WAN settings না জেনে reset করবেন না।
